Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Apples
- 1 can pineapple in syrup
- 1 cup pecan nuts in pieces
- 1 small plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- Chop apples into small cubes.
- Drain the pineapple and set aside.
- Chop the pineapple into small squares and mix with the apple.
- Mix the sour cream and the yogurt and add to the mixed fruit.
- Add raisins and chopped walnuts.
