MAC & CHEESE

Comfort Food Perfection: Homemade Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Doria® Elbow Pasta
  • 1 package of Velveeta® Cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Oak Farms® Whole Milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation:

  1. Boil Water: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook Pasta: Add the Doria® Elbow Pasta and cook for 8-11 minutes. Drain the pasta, reserving the pot.
  3. Melt Butter: Add the butter to the same pot used for cooking the pasta.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked pasta and Velveeta® cheese to the pot. Gradually pour in the Oak Farms® whole milk while stirring until the cheese is completely melted and combined with the pasta.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Mac & Cheese with a cold Manzanita Sol®!
