Ingredients:
– 4 1/2 cups of water
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 1 Cup of rice soaked in hot water for 20 minutes and drained
– 1 can of condensed milk
– 1 can of evaporated milk
– 1/2 cup raisins
– 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
Preparation:
- Heat the water with the cinnamon and when it comes to a boil, add the rice; cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Pour the Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk and raisins; mix and continue cooking over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes until slightly thickened.
Serve warm or cold and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
