Ingredients:
- 4 Tilapia Fish Fillets
- 1 small bunch of cilantro
- 4 serrano chiles
- 2 tsps. of salt
- 15 green limes (lime juice)
- 1/2 onion finely chopped.
- 1 Avocado
Preparation:
- Chop the 4 tilapia fillets into small squares and set aside.
- Squeeze the 15 limes
- Finely chop the onion.
- In a bowl, put the chopped fish and bathe with the lime juice and add the onion.
- Marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator to allow the fish to cook in lime juice.
- Finely chop the cilantro and serrano peppers.
- Remove fish from the fridge and mix well. Add the serrano chili, cilantro and season with salt.
- Serve with avocado and your Fiesta chips!!
