Ingredients:
- 1 bag of washed and ready salad mix (spring mix)
- 1/2 lb chicken strips for roasting
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- ½ cup of cheddar cheese in cubes
- 1 avocado
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Garlic salt
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dressing/vinaigrette to taste.
Preparation:
- Season chicken strips with garlic salt, onion powder, salt and pepper and roast in a pan
- Cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water.
- Cook the bacon slices.
