Zesty Lemon Chicken Wings: A Flavorful and Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Lbs. chicken wings
- 7 garlic cloves
- Juice of 10 lemons
- 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Maggi sauce
- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Cut off the end of the wings
- If there is any residue, burn it over direct heat to remove any impurities.
- Arrange the wings in a baking dish on a single layer.
- Prepare the marinade: In a blender, add the garlic cloves, lime juice, English sauce, soy sauce and Maggi. Add chicken stock powder and vegetable oil. Blend until all ingredients are blended.
- Once the marinade is done, pour it over the chicken wings and cover.
- Let stand for at least 30 minutes.
- Once the time has passed, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
- After time has passed, check that they are perfectly cooked. If they have too much marinade, leave them in the oven for 15 more minutes.
- When they are cooked, remove the foil and let them brown for 5-7 more minutes.
