LEMON CHICKEN WINGS

Zesty Lemon Chicken Wings: A Flavorful and Easy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Lbs. chicken wings
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 10 lemons
  • 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Maggi sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Cut off the end of the wings
  3. If there is any residue, burn it over direct heat to remove any impurities.
  4. Arrange the wings in a baking dish on a single layer.
  5. Prepare the marinade: In a blender, add the garlic cloves, lime juice, English sauce, soy sauce and Maggi. Add chicken stock powder and vegetable oil. Blend until all ingredients are blended.
  6. Once the marinade is done, pour it over the chicken wings and cover.
  7. Let stand for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Once the time has passed, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. After time has passed, check that they are perfectly cooked. If they have too much marinade, leave them in the oven for 15 more minutes.
  10. When they are cooked, remove the foil and let them brown for 5-7 more minutes.
