Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Sriracha sauce to taste

2 cups flour

2 tbsp. of cornstarch

1 tbsp. paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder
-
Salt and Pepper to taste

1 can of beer
-
500 gr. shrimp
-
Lettuce leaves
-
Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
- Clean the shrimp by removing the entire shell. Wash and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha sauce to taste, combine the ingredients well.
- In another bowl add wheat flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, season with salt and pepper and add the beer at the end. Mix with the help of a mixer or a fork until all the lumps are removed and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Heat a skillet with oil.
- Pass the shrimp through the mixture until well covered and transfer to skillet to fry.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown, remove and place on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
- In a hot pan put the mayonnaise sauce and heat, place the golden shrimp in the sauce and mix well.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce and decorate with chives and enjoy!
