
Experience the Flavor Burst: Homemade Tuna Aguachile
Ingredients:
- 4 Tuna Cans (DOLORES)
For the aguachirle sauce:
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 Red onion
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cilantro (bunch)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. Maggi Sauce
- 1 tsp. Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 Salt
For the tuna:
- 6 Roma Tomatoes, chopped and seeded
- 2 cucumbers, chopped and seeded
- 1 jalapeño, chopped and seeded
- 1 cilantro finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
Preparation:
1. Open and Drain 4 Dolores Tuna cans
2. Blend together 1 jalapeño pepper, 1/2 Cucumber, 1/4 Red onion, 3/4 cup lime juice, 1 cilantro (bunch), 3 garlic cloves, Maggi Sauce, Chicken Bouillon and Salt and reserve
3. In a big bowl mix drained tuna, roma tomateros, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño and red onion and mix it well.
4. Add the aguachile sauce and refrigerate for 30 min.
5. Serve with chips or with a Tostada and avocado.
